AI Interview Trainer

In development

Could you practise a job interview with AI?

On this page

Where things stand

The application can interpret a job advert, generate interview questions, evaluate answers and suggest improvements.

I'm still developing the quality and reliability of the interview. I want practising with it to be useful, rather than simply having a program that can ask questions.

Preparing for a job interview is difficult because you can't know in advance what the interviewer will ask. What if you could practise specifically for the job you're going to apply for?

AI Interview Trainer interprets a job advert, generates relevant interview questions and evaluates the answers. It also suggests ways to improve those answers.

I don't want to make just a question generator. I want the interview to resemble a real conversation: the interviewer asks follow-up questions, responds to answers and can also answer the applicant's own questions.

How it all started

When we were thinking about projects students could build for the immersive space, our development manager suggested a job interview simulator.

No student group took up the idea, so I decided I'd have to make it myself.
